ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel an order, it must be done with in 48 hours of placing the order and by contacting customerservice@threearrowsco.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return items please contact us by email at customerservice@threearrowsco.com. Unwanted items may be returned for a refund minus shipping costs, as long as they are received back in within 10 days of receipt and in unused condition **This policy excludes custom designs. We are unable to accept returns on custom designed items**. Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage.

SHIPPING

All items are handmade to order with an average production time of 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. We are unable to accept custom requests, as well as rush orders, at this time. We do not offer returns/exchanges on personalized items. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping service.

Normal shipping transit time can vary between 2-4 days after the item has left our facility. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation that item has been completed and shipped. At this time we ship nation wide only.

DAMAGES/SHORT OR LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of damage in transit, please email us immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option within 30 days of receipt of goods.
